Are You Ready for A Whole Day for Whole Grain?

March 27th is around the corner! Are you one of our hundreds of partners – food companies, grocery stores, college & university campuses, community centers, restaurants, and more – who will be helping to spread the word about whole grains through sampling events, cooking demos, online giveaways, and social media campaigns? We hope you’ll join us in celebrating whole grains!

 

We've got lots of tools to get involved and help you highlight your products. Our website has graphicssocial media ideas, and tips for participating online and off. Many manufacturers offer discounts or coupons, run giveaways, introduce new products, or even plan special events! Reach out if you have questions on getting involved – we're here to help you brainstorm ideas.

Three Ways to Celebrate Whole Day for Whole Grain

Even if you didn't sign up for our matchmaking program or inclusion on our shopping list, there are still plenty of ways to get involved!


  1. You can get create exciting video content to activate your followers using our video guide. Ideas include interviewing an expert, showing a recipe, or going live on Instagram/TikTok!
  2. Plan a product giveaway or contest on social media featuring your delicious whole grain products!
  3. Plan a special event! A Whole Day for Whole Grain happens in towns and cities across the country. Show your support for the community where your headquarters or plant is located with your own hands-on sampling event. Give out granola bars in a local park. "Adopt" a local school and drop off cereal samples for their breakfast program. Deliver loaves of bread to your local food pantry. Partner with a local restaurant to do a cooking demo featuring your pasta. Anything that celebrates whole grains can be part of a Whole Day for Whole Grain!
